SelmanCo SMS Terms of Service

SelmanCo provides you with an opportunity to opt in to receive marketing text messages regarding benefits, products, and services on your wireless telephone or other device. By opting-in, you consent to receiving autodialed text messages, including Short Message Service (SMS) messages, to the telephone number(s) you provided.


SelmanCo may send multiple, recurring messages and/or terminate the Text Service or your participation in it at any time with or without notice, including, for example, before you have received any or all messages that you otherwise would have received.

 

Texting Program Description

SelmanCo’s product and service-related text messages are intended to provide you with information such as: information related to TRICARE and/or CHAMPVA Supplement Insurance Plans offered by SelmanCo and our partner associations, including quotes on products or services, scheduling phone calls, announcements, checking in on the status of an application, program enrollment, or other product or service-related business.


Message Frequency

In general, you may receive an estimated 5 automated text messages per campaign per calendar year per product text messaging opt-in. If you enroll in other text messaging campaigns, you will receive additional text messages. The number of text messages that you receive will vary depending on the activities you engage in. For example, using a savings calculator may send an automated text message with the calculator results; opting-in to multiple product or partner association text message programs may result in additional messages.


Cost

Standard carrier message and data rates may apply. Please consult your mobile service carrier’s pricing plan to determine the charges for sending and receiving text messages.


Supported Carriers

This text messaging program may not be available on all wireless carriers. The program is currently available for AT&T, U.S. Cellular, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile®, Metro PCS among others. Supported carriers may change without notice. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.


How to Opt Out

You can opt-out from future messages at any time by replying STOP or by texting STOP from your mobile phone to 843-454-6633.

You agree that if you request to opt-out from future messages, we may send you a one-time opt-out confirmation text message.
